Is registration still open? Are booths still available?
If you go to the registration page (see the drop down menu for the Fair you want to register for. Spring Fair, Colorado Fair, Fall Fair) and the registration page is still showing, then yes, registration is still open for that Fair.
If the page has a WAIT LIST message on it, then no, registration is not open and we are wait listed. Please follow the directions to be on the wait list. Openings can occur due to last minute cancellations. Once we receive your wait list info, we will notify you if a space becomes available.
Where can I purchase tickets?
- This year you will be able to purchase tickets online!!
- Spring Fair tickets go on sale February 21 at noon.
- Colorado Fair tickets go on sale May 9 at noon.
- Fall Fair tickets go on sale August 29 at noon.
- Tickets will still be available to purchase at the door – cash or check. No credit cards at the door.
- Tickets are $10 for one day, $15 for the whole weekend. Children 12 and under are FREE!
- For tickets purchased online a $1 processing fee is added.
Are the Holistic Fairs indoors or outdoors?
All our events are indoors.
Where can I find a poster to put up in our store or workplace?
Under each Fair heading is a “Posters” or “Posters & Set up Information” tab. You can find posters (full size and mini posters) & print ads ~ either in color or B&W.
What sizes are the tables?
Tables are NOT included with any booth space but are available for rental with the 6×10, 10×10 or 10×20 booths.
With 6×8 booth spaces you must bring your own card table or 4 ft. table.
The tables at Adams County are 6’ long.
The tables at The Ranch are 8’ long.
What about internet access at the Fairs?
Wifi is free at The Ranch.

What about animals inside the building?
As of 2016 PETS are no longer allowed inside the building at The Ranch unless they are a certified service animal.

Is food available at the Fairs?
At The Ranch food is available at the in-house concession. It is standard event type food. You can also drive a short distance to the nearby restaurants.

Lodging?
SPRING and FALL Fairs – There are a number of local hotels in the Fort Collins/Loveland area.
Available in the area are Best Western, Comfort Inn, Candlewood Suites and HolidayInn Express. The easiest way to find a hotel in your price range is to google “hotels in Fort Collins/Loveland”.

Friday Night Set-up?
Yes, for all Fairs – Details for Friday evening setup are sent approximately 10 days prior to the Fair.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel prior to 30 days before the Fair, there is a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of the Fair, 50% of the Fair fees will be refunded. However, there are NO refunds for any reason within 7 days of the Fair. A replacement exhibitor is acceptable upon approval prior to Fair.
Are there any policies on what I can charge for a reading or session?
A reader or practitioner decides what to charge for the reading or service. Anything from a love offering to $4 / minute is the range that readers or practitioners have charged for their services. The most common charge is between $1 to $2 per minute.
IMPORTANT NOTICE about PARKING at the Spring & Fall Holistic Fair
As of 2024, when you arrive at The Ranch you will encounter signage that states “pay here for parking” however the Spring & Fall Holistic Fairs are providing complimentary parking during our event at The Ranch – First National Bank Building – South Hall. Complimentary parking will be provided in Lots A-E (basically all the regular parking lots).
Please be sure NOT TO PAY at the signs in the parking lot. Bring your license plate number with you to the entrance of Spring Holistic Fair and we will have a QR code for you to scan or add your license plate number to a list for verification.
